- Privacy Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Domain Registration Agreement (applicable if you register a domain through us)
Additional terms may apply to specific Services and are incorporated herein as applicable. By using any Service, you agree to all applicable additional terms.
2. Account Eligibility
By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Use of the Services by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
- If using the Services on behalf of another party, you are authorized to bind that party to this Agreement and to act on their behalf.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address separate from the domain you are registering. You are responsible for keeping all contact information updated at all times via the Greenbackend Billing and Support Portal.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Providing false contact information may result in account termination. Certain purchases (such as dedicated servers) may require government-issued ID or credit card verification.
- Any dedicated IP requests beyond those included in your plan may require IP justification in compliance with ARIN policies. Greenbackend reserves the right to deny requests based on insufficient justification.
- Your data may be hosted in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), or Lithuania (EU) unless otherwise stated. By using the Services from outside these jurisdictions, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries and agree that the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your data is subject to the laws of the applicable hosting jurisdiction, and not necessarily of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
3. Transfers
Our Transfers Team will make every effort to assist you in migrating your website to Greenbackend. Transfers are provided as a courtesy service and we make no guarantees regarding availability, feasibility, or timeline. Some hosting platforms use proprietary or incompatible data formats that may make full migration impossible.
- The free transfer service is available for thirty (30) days from your signup date.
- Transfers requested after 30 days will incur a fee. Contact our Transfers department for a quote.
- Greenbackend is not liable for any lost or missing data during a transfer. You are solely responsible for backing up your data at all times.

5. User Content
You may upload, store, publish, and distribute content through the Services (“User Content”), including content posted by users of your hosted websites (“User Websites”). You are solely responsible for all User Content and for all transactions or activities conducted through User Websites.
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you hold all necessary rights to that content; and (ii) your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.
You hereby grant Greenbackend a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to: (i) use, reproduce, display, modify, translate, and distribute User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services; and (ii) make archival or backup copies. Greenbackend acquires no ownership rights in your User Content.

You transact with third-party providers at your own risk.
Greenbackend as Reseller or Licensor
Greenbackend may resell or license third-party services, hardware, software, and equipment (“Non-Greenbackend Products”). Greenbackend is not responsible for product defects, obsolescence, or performance issues of Non-Greenbackend Products. Your rights and remedies are limited to those provided by the original manufacturer. You may not resell, copy, alter, or re-export any Non-Greenbackend Product in violation of applicable laws.
Third Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. Greenbackend does not investigate, monitor, or control third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Persons (Countries, Entities, and Individuals)
The Services are subject to US export control and economic sanctions laws, including those enforced by OFAC, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of State.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are NOT:

- Otherwise a prohibited party under US Trade Laws;

755or more restrictive where possible. - You are required to use a strong password. Accounts using weak passwords may be suspended until a secure password is set.
- The Services and related equipment are for authorized customer use only. Greenbackend may monitor systems for security, authorization verification, and operational integrity. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring.
- Connecting to any third-party network or system without authorization is grounds for account suspension. Written consent from the third party is required.
- Accounts receiving abuse reports may be suspended or terminated. If malicious content is not removed after notification, access may remain disabled.
- Greenbackend reserves the right to migrate your account between data centers for compliance, legal, or technical reasons without prior notice.

- You are solely responsible for backing up all User Content. Greenbackend does not warrant that it maintains backups, and you accept the risk of data loss.
11. Billing and Payment Information
Prepayment
It is your responsibility to keep payment information current and to pay all invoices on time. Payments are due in advance of the service period. Payments received are applied to the oldest outstanding invoice first.
Auto-Renewal
Unless you notify Greenbackend of your intent to cancel, Services will automatically renew on a recurring basis using your billing information on file to prevent any service interruption.
Taxes
Listed fees do not include applicable taxes. Any taxes will be added as a separate charge. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Late Payment
All invoices must be paid within ten (10) days of the due date. Accounts with outstanding invoices beyond 10 days may be suspended or terminated. Reinstatement requires payment in full.
Domain Payments
After purchasing a domain, you must notify Greenbackend’s Billing department via a support ticket at https://cp.greenbackend.com/submitticket.php. Domain renewal notices are a courtesy; Greenbackend is not responsible for missed renewals. Domain renewals are billed and processed thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
Fraud
Misuse or fraudulent use of any payment method is a violation of this Agreement. Greenbackend may report such activity to law enforcement, credit agencies, and financial institutions.
Invoice Disputes
You have ninety (90) days from the charge date to dispute any billing. Contact our billing department for assistance.
PCI Compliance
Greenbackend complies with PCI Standards for our own data collection and billing. You are solely responsible for PCI compliance on your User Website. Greenbackend does not monitor User Websites for PCI compliance.
Authorized Payment Collection
All payments for GreenBackend.com services — including but not limited to hosting, development, courses, domains, and any other offered products — must be made directly to GreenBackend.com through our official billing portal or approved payment channels. No payment to any third party, reseller, or affiliate shall be considered a valid payment to GreenBackend unless explicitly authorized in writing as described below.
Exception — Written Authorization: In rare and specific cases, GreenBackend.com may authorize a designated representative or partner to collect payments on its behalf. Such authorization is only valid when:
- A formal written authorization letter has been issued and signed by Ahmad Naser Turnkey Solutions LLC;
- The letter explicitly names the authorized party, the scope of authorization, and the applicable time period;
- The client has received or can verify a copy of this letter directly from GreenBackend.com before making any payment.
Human Management & Financial Processing Transparency
Greenbackend operates with a people-first support model. While we use automated billing and service management systems to ensure consistency and efficiency, our management retains full authority to review, override, adjust, or resolve any case on an individual basis. We believe that real business relationships require real human judgment.
How decisions are communicated to you: Any action taken on your account — including suspensions, billing adjustments, service modifications, refund decisions, or exceptional approvals — will be communicated to you directly via:
- WhatsApp: 00970599042502 — for direct, real-time communication with our team on any financial or service matter.
- Support Ticket System: https://cp.greenbackend.com/submitticket.php — for formal, documented requests and responses with full tracking.
We encourage all clients to reach out through either channel before assuming an automated outcome is final. In many cases, our team can offer solutions, extensions, or accommodations that automated systems cannot.
Acknowledged limitations beyond our control: We are transparent about the fact that certain situations may constrain our ability to process payments or deliver services on the usual timeline. These include, but are not limited to:
- Payment Gateway Restrictions: International payment processors, banks, and financial networks may impose holds, block transactions, or restrict certain currencies or regions due to their own compliance policies. These decisions are made by third-party financial institutions and are outside Greenbackend’s direct control.
- Global Crises and Force Majeure Events: War, regional conflict, political sanctions, natural disasters, pandemics, or widespread infrastructure failures may affect our ability to process payments, deliver services, or maintain normal operations. In such cases, Greenbackend will make every reasonable effort to communicate with affected clients and find workable solutions.
- Regional Banking and Currency Limitations: Clients in certain regions may face restrictions from their local banking systems or international transfer regulations that are unrelated to Greenbackend’s policies.
- Platform Policy Changes: Third-party platforms, payment providers, or hosting infrastructure partners may change their terms unilaterally, affecting our ability to offer certain services or payment methods without prior notice to us.

14. CPU, Bandwidth and Disk Usage
Permitted Usage
Shared hosting space may only be used for web files, active email, and User Website content. It may not be used for offsite storage of media, emails, or other data. Greenbackend reserves the right to review accounts for excessive CPU, disk, or resource usage and may terminate access, apply additional fees, or remove content for violations.
Dedicated and VPS usage is limited to the resources allocated to your specific plan.
Bandwidth
Shared servers have no bandwidth cap. Reseller, dedicated, and VPS servers are subject to the bandwidth limits defined in your plan, viewable in your control panel.
15. Uptime Guarantee
Greenbackend guarantees 99.9% uptime for shared and reseller servers. If physical downtime falls below this threshold in a given month, you may receive one (1) month of account credit. This guarantee does not apply to planned maintenance.
- Credit approval is at Greenbackend’s sole discretion and subject to justification.
- Third-party monitoring reports will not be accepted as justification.
- Uptime is measured by the operating system and Apache Web Server.
- Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the affected month via https://cp.greenbackend.com/submitticket.php.
- Dedicated servers are covered by a separate network guarantee with prorated credit for downtime.

- Resellers must ensure all their clients comply with this Agreement.
- Resellers are responsible for providing support to their own clients. Greenbackend does not provide direct support to reseller clients.

- Greenbackend is not responsible for any acts or omissions of its resellers. Resellers agree to indemnify Greenbackend against all claims arising from reseller acts or omissions.
- Resellers assume full responsibility for billing and technical support for all of their users.
- Greenbackend reserves the right to revise the Reseller Program at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
Shared (non-reseller) accounts may not be used to resell web hosting to others. A reseller account is required for that purpose.
17. Dedicated Servers
- Greenbackend may reset the root password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current, in order to perform required security audits.
- It is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address and current root password on file at all times.
- Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by Greenbackend. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
- Dedicated servers with invoices outstanding for more than ten (10) days are subject to deletion, resulting in permanent data loss. Greenbackend will not be liable for any such data loss.
18. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use Policy

19. Price Changes
Greenbackend reserves the right to change prices or charges at any time. For annual or longer-term plans, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice before any price change takes effect. It is your responsibility to review billing information periodically.
20. Coupons and Discounts
Discounts and coupon codes are available to first-time accounts or customers only and may not be applied to domain registrations unless specifically stated. Coupons apply to the initial purchase only and do not affect renewal or recurring pricing.
21. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL GREENBACKEND, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GREENBACKEND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GREENBACKEND’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU, FOR ANY CAUSE AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREENBACKEND FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT AND APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS.

All arbitration proceeds on an individual basis only — class actions and representative claims are not permitted.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs all arbitration proceedings. All arbitrator decisions are final and binding. If you initiate litigation in violation of this clause, you agree to pay Greenbackend’s reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this provision.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the substantive laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
25. Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Greenbackend’s complimentary backup service runs once per week, overwriting previous backups. Only one week of backups is retained at a time. This service is a courtesy provided only to shared and reseller accounts and may be modified or terminated at any time at Greenbackend’s sole discretion.
- Greenbackend does not maintain backups for dedicated server accounts.
- You are fully responsible for all files and data on Greenbackend servers.
- Shared accounts using more than 20 GB of disk space will be excluded from offsite weekly backups. Databases will continue to be backed up. Data will continue to be mirrored to a secondary drive for drive-failure protection.
Timeline Backup Pro — Premium Backup Service
For clients who require more robust, frequent, and reliable backup coverage beyond the complimentary weekly backup, GreenBackend.com offers Timeline Backup Pro — a premium backup solution available as an add-on to your hosting plan.
Shared Hosting Packages: Timeline Backup Pro is available for shared hosting accounts on the following billing cycles:
- Annual Plan — Full-year coverage with priority backup scheduling and extended retention history. Annual plans are non-refundable once purchased in accordance with our annual services refund policy.
